Returns and Refund Policy
Sword Of The Spirit Life Coaching LLC is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our physical products and coaching services. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days - EU Customers)
If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days.
Physical Goods: The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Coaching Services/Digital Products: The return period is 14 days from the date of purchase. Note: If you expressly agree to start a coaching session or download digital content before the end of the 14-day period, you will lose your right of return once the service or download begins.

2. Return and Cancellation Conditions
A. Physical Goods:
Return Conditions:
The goods must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
The goods must be in their original packaging.
All accessories must be included.
Unless the goods are defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
B. For Coaching Services and Digital Products:
Coaching Sessions: Appointments must be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for "no-shows" or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session's start date.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (such as ebooks, downloadable courses, and audio files), all sales are final transactions once the files are accessed or downloaded.
3. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned physical goods, or processing your valid service cancellation request:
We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be automatically processed via the original payment method.
4. Defective or Incorrect Physical Goods
If the physical goods you received:
were damaged in transit
were shipped incorrectly
had a manufacturing defect
we will:
offer a replacement, or
offer a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Goods
The following goods are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Completed tutoring sessions or expired service packages.
Downloaded or accessed digital products.
Physical goods that have been used, altered, or damaged by a customer.
Physical goods missing their original packaging or accessories.
Customized or personalized products.
6. Order and Appointment Cancellation
Physical Orders: Cancellation is only allowed before shipment. After shipment, the standard return/14-day refund policy applies.
Mentoring appointments: Must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled class start time.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) - If applicable
For COD orders (physical goods only):
Full payment must be made to the courier upon delivery.
Refused delivery will be considered a returned order, and your future COD privileges may be revoked.

Added Digital/Service Terms: As a "Life Coaching LLC," you need to protect yourself from situations where you book a class, take up your time, and then request a refund. I've added a standard 24-hour cancellation rule for coaching classes and a non-refundable rule for downloaded digital products.
Clarification of the EU 14-Day Rule: Under EU law, the 14-day return rule expires once the customer downloads digital files or begins using the service (provided they agree). I've added this legal exception to protect your rights.
