Shipping Policy
Sword Of The Spirit Life Coaching LLC ("we," "our," or "the Company") is pleased to offer physical merchandise and resources to supplement our coaching services. Please note that this Shipping Policy applies only to physical products. Coaching services, sessions, and digital downloads are delivered electronically and are not subject to this policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship physical goods exclusively to the following 16 European countries:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
Taxes & VAT: All product prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT. Customers are not required to pay additional VAT at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Order processing time: 3–5 business days.
This refers to the period between order confirmation/payment and the dispatch of your item(s) to the carrier. Our fulfillment warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next available business day and may experience slight delays.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days.
Total estimated delivery time: Processing Time (3–5 days) + Shipping Time (5–8 days) = 8–13 business days total.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the exact destination country and current logistics conditions.
4. Shipping Cost
Free Shipping on all orders to the 16 supported countries. No additional delivery charges apply at checkout.

We typically ship via reliable international carriers, including:

Carrier selection depends on the destination and current logistics availability to ensure the fastest delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update in the carrier's system.
During peak seasons or holidays, tracking updates may be slightly delayed.

7. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
Carrier disruptions or high shipping volumes
Labor shortages or supply chain constraints
Customs clearance delays
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will coordinate with the carrier on your behalf.
8. Order Cancellation & Changes
Before Shipment: Order cancellations, address modifications, and product changes are free of charge as long as the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or intercepted.
Refused Parcels: If a parcel is refused at delivery and returned to our warehouse, it will be treated as a return. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the actual shipping and return processing costs incurred by the Company.

9. Customs & Duties
Because our business is headquartered in the United States, shipments to Europe pass through customs. While standard VAT is included at checkout, in rare cases, local customs authorities may impose additional import duties, inspections, or handling fees.
Any such additional charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not control customs policies and are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
